Inspired by recent events (I'M MOVING OUT OF THE BASEMENT!!!!!),and a chance comment made by my roommate (the incredible Ilanica) about such events, I now have the basic plot for my Crown Heights teen drama (tentatively titled CROWN HEIGHTS 11213) :
When three young women move out of their basement apartment to the third floor of the all-female-resident Brooklyn brownstone, their landlord shockingly rents the basement to his young male relative and two friends. Hilarity, hijinks, and hysteria ensue.
Now I need YOU to contribute following plot lines!

What kind of guys and gals are they? Are they horny sleazeballs? Are they shy and chassidish? Do they just not care?
You can be all of that at once.
Maybe they're all of that!
Perhaps have one chonyuk, one horny bastard. Maybe the chunyuky girl tries to reform the horny guy? (Pardon my discussing this in mixed company.)
How about instead of reforming him he just gets married?
yeah, well variety makes it interesting. and reforming the bad guy - always an entertaining plot.
so let's have different kinds of guys and girls - and don't forget, the characters aren't limited to the people living in the building - there's friends and families that can be developed to create more tension, drama, etc.
and e. - don't apologize. give us the unexpurgated version. that's what's needed here.
No it's good to see that e. still has some scruples.
